Founded in 1981, Capital Services, Inc. has grown into one of Central Ohio's premier janitorial companies. Our clients, both large and small, have come to depend upon the personalized relationship-based service we offer. We believe that the relationship is what the cleaning business is all about.

Today the company is owned and operated by Christine Robertson and Jennifer Dahman, the daughters of company founder, John Schell. Christine, the President, believes the key to success is daily involvement with customers, employees and the community. Jennifer, the Vice President, provides leadership to the behind the scenes operations by overseeing all administrative aspects of the business.

Both Chris and Jen, who are graduates of the University of Dayton, have earned their way to the top, having worked at accounts doing everything from scrubbing floors to serving as Account Managers while they learned the business. John remains active in the business by providing consulting services as needed.
